STANDARD LICENSE AND COPYRIGHT

When purchasing a Her Creative Studio (HCS) Styled Stock image, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable Standard license that allows for personal and professional use of the images created by HCS.

You may not resell the images in whole or part, allow someone else to use them, or give them away.

Sandra Manton Mills remains the sole, exclusive owner and holder of the copyright for all images and you may not sell, lease, loan, transfer, share or give the images to a third-party to use in any way.

 

LIABILITY

Sandra Manton Mills (Her Creative Studio) is not liable against any claims, losses or costs associated with any damages that occur due to you using and editing the images.

purchasers hereby agree to indemnify Sandra Manton Mills (Her Creative Studio) for all expenses that may be incurred should you breach any of the terms of the agreement.

Users acknowledge that Sandra Manton Mills (Her Creative Studio) does not claim any representations or assurances of non-infringement and does not make claim to have received releases from any brands, designers, or manufacturers for use of products, registered trademarks, logos or intellectual property portrayed in the images. Users agree that Sandra Manton Mills (Her Creative Studio) shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of any of the images provided. Sandra Manton Mills (Her Creative Studio) shall not be liable for any claims related to, or resulting from, your use of the images, which may or may not have been modified by you, or combined with other content.

RETURNS

DUE to the nature of the product, absolutely no returns will be issued. Customer Happiness is important to sandra, if you are not happy please contact her to find a resolution.
